The Big Eat came to the Denver Center for the Performing Arts on Thursday, July 12, 2018.

EatDenver, the city's independent restaurant organization, invited Denverites to eat big on Thursday, July 12 — and that's exactly what they did. The Big Eat brought together some 65 restaurants under the vault of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, presenting bites from Denver's diverse array of local and international cuisines. Guests bit into bao buns, noshed on noodles and sipped soups until all were full and happy. This year's Big Eat served as the kickoff party for the weekend's Slow Food Nations festival and also offered more vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options than ever before.
