Nopalito's

Nopalito's, a luchador-themed fast-casual burrito joint, was opened in late 2023 by a longtime Illegal Pete's employee. Its first iteration closed when the building that housed it was sold, and after a nine-month hiatus, it reopened bigger and better. The expansive menu boasts burritos, tacos, quesadillas, flautas and more loaded with protein choices such as chicken, steak and barbacoa, while the full bar has signature margaritas named after luchadores (Mexico's colorful masked wrestlers).
