Rolling Pin Pizza

Rolling Pin Pizza turns out thin-crust, square-cut pies in the former home of Tacos Tequila Whiskey, but the satisfying pizzas aren't the only star of the show here. The menu offers a tempting lineup of small plates, salads, salumi and cocktails such as its Colfax dirty martini with blue cheese-stuffed olives, refreshing wedge salad with crispy pepperoni bits in place of bacon, citrusy marinated Castelvetrano olives paired with garlic butter-topped puffy bread, and crazy-good "crazy water" mussels in a white wine, Calabrian chile and garlic sauce.
