The Banshee House

Neighborhood: Five Points/RiNo
THE NAME.
Our name is an ode to the previous tenant — The Banshee Press. We loved the name, we loved the formidable golden eyes, and we loved the allure that the Banshee legend brings to the block.

THE HOUSE.
Our historic house dates back to 1885, before Larimer was bustling in different ways and the neighborhood was dubbed RiNo. Said to once have been a “chicken house” where folks could buy eggs and live chickens out the front window, more recently, it functioned as a printing press. These good bones have seen it all.

THE PLAYERS.
Buddies with a shared vision, Casey Berry and Kade Gianinetti set out to build the next iteration of Banshee. Kade, the man behind the Way Back, Method Coffee Roasters, American Grind, and several other of Denver’s hippest joints, brings F&B chops to the project. Casey, the founder of Two Parts, a creative and experiential agency, brings along the best-in-class agency team to lead Banshee’s creative arm.

THE VISION.
The Banshee House is a space for collaborations, clashes of creativity, private shindigs, branded takeovers, and a testing ground for anything in between. Banshee welcomes all and seeks to provide a space thats more accessible than most other event venues. The brains behind the building yearn for cool shit, so join them in the chase.
