The Rolling Pin Bakeshop

If you thought the block that housed Rosenberg's Bagels & Delicatessen couldn't get any better, you'd be wrong. The Rolling Pin Bakeshop opened up just next door to the Denver favorite in fall 2016, upping the carbohydrate quotient of this stretch of Five Points exponentially. Our favorites are the croissants, stuffed with almond paste, chocolate, apricots or ham and cheese. While they may sound basic, they're anything but: The perfectly laminated, decadently buttery pastry will make you swoon.
