Stoic & Genuine will open daily at 11 a.m. and serve until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday (the bar will remain open an hour after the kitchen closes). One exception; Stoic & Genuine will be closed Friday, July 11, during the private, $1,000-a-head Great Hall Gala. The Kitchen Next Door Union Station will host a soft opening the next day, with a "pay-what-you-wish" lunch and dinner on Saturday, July 12 and Sunday, July 13, all benefitting the Kitchen Community nonprofit organization. (Those meals are reservation-only; RSVP to [email protected] if you'd like to make a reservation) The Kitchen Next Door will officially open to the public on Monday, July 14; the restaurant will be open every day from 11 a.m. to close (closing time will vary, but should typically be 9 or 10 p.m.), serving lunch, community hour and dinner.Snooze, which got its start not far from Union Station almost a decade ago and has since expanded along the Front Range and into California and Arizona, will officially open Snooze Union Station Snooze Union Station on Wednesday, July 16, after hosting benefit breakfasts for Veterans to Farmers and Colorado Uplift earlier in the week. Snooze will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., seven days a week.
