New Belgium Brewing just opened a brand-new restaurant and taproom in Concourse B at Denver International Airport, the latest in a wave of new food options at the airport. Chef Paul C. Reilly of Coperta and Beast + Bottle designed the new restaurant's menu to go with the Fort Collins brewery's famous beers.
