The Phil's Place End of an Era Celebration on Sunday, October 7.
Back in 2002, Our Place became Phil's Place when Phil Garcia took over a family bar at 3463 Larimer Street, long before the neighborhood was nicknamed RiNo. His parents, Junie and Gary Garcia, helped out, then took over in 2006. But now they're selling the property (it's slated to become the Embassy Tavern), and on Sunday, October 7, Phil's Place held an End of the Era Celebration before the Garcias locked the doors one last time.
